SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping and handling pricing varies depending on the merchandise or the size of the artwork you purchase. We can ship worldwide. Please note that duties and customs may apply in certain countries, and we do not determine or cover these.

All custom arts are crafted on demand, therefore, please allow up to 5 business days of packing time before the artwork is shipped out after being notified of its completion, you will receive the tracking number during this time once it is shipped. Additional shipping time begins after this production time and can be 5-7 business days for domestic ground services (within the lower 48 states of the United States of America). If you need something more urgently than this, please first reach out to info@sms.us.org instead of placing your order and we will see what we can do for you.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Is available in certain locations and is limited to standard artwork sizes only. We have worked very hard so we can ship our paintings across the globe. All artwork is made in small batches to ensure high-quality work. Most of our products ship within 1-2 weeks with tracking numbers and arrive in about 7-25 business days depending on your location. Some items will arrive even sooner! During peak seasons, this timeframe may be extended.
Because we ship worldwide, we use a variety of carriers including, but not limited to: USPS, FedEx, YunExpress, Wish Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, Yanwen, etc.
Please make an inquiry to our email below to see if we ship to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 10 to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

Once your order has shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to find your tracking number, please contact us so we can help you right away!

ADDRESS CHANGES
If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at art@sms.us.org. This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

*Please note: There may be some shipping delays due to COVID-19. Some countries such as Australia may hold deliveries for 14 days before releasing them.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds and exchanges cannot be accepted once work has begun on the project. Artwork takes time to craft, and the artist needs to be paid for their time whether you change your mind about the purchase or not.
Please keep this in mind— once work begins on your project, canceling before it is finished will only grant you a partial refund, correlating to the amount of work not completed.
